The food looks really colorful and tasty. I love how well seasoned your chicken looks… mmmm. Wondering what the round patty type thing is that makes a few appearances, sometimes cut in half. I thought perhaps a veggie burger or fish cake or potato cake, but was not sure. The one I mean is cut in half on the left side of the mussels picture and whole on the right side of the mussels picture, then again in the second to last picture (or they look similar to me anyway).
