    Due to the relatively small amount of tomatoes, the perfect toast job, and the melty cheese, this gets a pass in my book!

    Plus, tomatoes are one of the natural pair of grilled cheese anyway, whether it be tomatoes soup or ketchup.

    So I’d argue that anyone who says this isn’t a grilled cheese is actually holding back grilled cheese progress
