Hey everyone. I'm new to pellet grills. My wife and I bought a Pit Boss 850 Competition Series (PB850CS2) from Academy as our first pellet smoker. We've had a lot of success with it so far. Friends and family have reacted very positive to the food. No major temperature swings. Connectivity and app have been working great as well. I've been doing some research on other models as I keep diving deeper into the rabbit hole but I'm having the hardest time finding out the differences between all of the Pit Boss series. Does anyone have any documentation or anything they can point me to? They all seem to have similar features and specs.

Primarily, which big box store agreed to carry them.
For some reason, Pit Boss only carries the Competiton at Academy, Pro Series at Lowe’s, etc.
