Two crispy hash browns, bacon, cheese, tomato, avocado, and a runny egg in the middle. Made the whole thing in the air fryer and it turned out way better than I expected.

I’ll put the steps in the comments in case anyone wants them.

    Here’s exactly what I did:

    **Ingredients**

    * 2 frozen hash brown patties
    * 2–3 slices bacon
    * 1 egg
    * 1 slice American cheese
    * 2 slices tomato
    * Salt & pepper
    * Avocado, optional
    * Hot sauce, ketchup or whatever you like

    **Air fryer: 400°F / 204°C**

    1. Cook the frozen hash browns for **5 minutes**.
    2. Add the bacon and an **empty ramekin** and cook another **5 minutes**.
    3. Flip the hash browns and bacon, then add the egg to the hot ramekin.
    4. Cook another **5 minutes**.
    5. Remove the bacon and egg, add cheese to one hash brown and cook about **1 more minute** to melt it.
    6. Build it with tomato, bacon, egg, avocado or hot sauce if you want, then top with the second hash brown.

    The hash browns got super crispy and the yolk stayed runny, which was the whole goal.

    Now, I know a pair of Trader Joe’s hashbrown patties when I see them, but I also have to say that fresh avocado and a Roma tomato is one of my most favoritist combinations to put on things. Plus, you used the correct amount of bacon: One more.
