Finally got to try the Matiz sardines with harissa and olive oil. Ate them with some humus, pickled jalapeños, mixed olives and some Locatelli ricotta salata. They went amazingly with the humus and jalapeños. The Locatelli ricotta salata was drier then the one i had last time, which i liked better.
In my opinion Matiz does a great sardine. Beautiful blues and silver in the skins.
