My wife bought me these on sale for $13, which is still pretty expensive. They seem to fluctuate in price, so ymmv.

Ate one whole, and got some sand. I removed the black stomach and digestive track which solved the problem.

The tasted was smoky and briny, and very close to the taste of fresh razor clams.

I’d buy again, but the price / deliciousness ratio is way off. Thankfully, I picked up a can of Trader Joe’s razor clams the other day to compare, that are over half as expensive.

Regalis foods has extremely high end stuff with a matching price tag. Everything I’ve tried from them has been undoubtedly delicious and also extremely pretentious.
Their craft compound butter gift set is fantastic, it comes with 4 specialty compound butters (i think it was Uni, Ramps, Truffle, and Nori).

I’ve never tried them but my brother in law ( who recently got into sardines and likes them) swears they are bait and can’t be good, because that’s what he used as bait as a kid

Looks like a pretty good salad you threw them in. Did you dress it with the olive oil they came packed in?
