Saw a post on Reddit last week from a Korean university student who's starting a hot sauce company. I asked him where I can buy a bottle in Seoul, and he sent me one for free!

It has a nice clean flavor – a little sweet and tangy, with real mild heat. I mostly use reaper, scorpion, and extract sauces though, so it might be spicy for other people. Korean peppers are closer in heat to jalapeños.

It pours easily but is a bit thick and sticks to food well.

I had it with steamed vegetables and beef and it was delicious. I think it would go great on fried chicken, noodles, and anything you want to give a "Korean" flavor to.

Thanks, u/FunMarket6298 for the bottle!

I hope you make a spicier version in the future~
