So two bushels of tomatoes later I have 14 qt large diced tomatoes, 7 pints petite diced, 5 pint of bruschetta in a jar, 7 pints stewed tomatoes, 7 quart and a half stewed tomatoes. Sunday is pasta and pizza sauce day.

I like the 24oz jars! Where did you find those?
What recipe did you use? I don’t think there are any recipes for diced tomatoes that have been tested and are safe. Also, the quart and a half jars are concerning for safety.
Stewed tomatoes are awesome to have on the shelve, but I’m afraid the vedgies are too coarsly cut in your jars. I’m unsure of the safety for that one.
