This is my first time buying a roast from them, but I’ve enjoyed the ground beef, sausage, and eggs I’ve been getting so far, so I decided to splurge!

    One of my local state universities has a meat sciences department and they sell tons of meat from their store. I don’t think I’ve seen wagyu there though.

    WSU has a dairy store to sell Cougar Gold, and other, cheese. It also has the absolute best milkshakes in this quadrant of the galaxy.
    Just checked and they also have a small butcher shop.
