I followed [this falafel recipe](https://www.whollytasteful.com/easy-falafel-recipe-air-fryer/) exactly except I added an egg (+ a little mint) because it seemed a little crumbly and I had eggs to use up. And I pan fried. There’s lots of fresh parsley, cilantro, mint, dill, and lemon between everything! I make the tzatziki too 😁 can’t believe I haven’t made falafel before!
