Prime + Proper Nashville will host an intimate wine dinner featuring Robert Sinskey of Robert Sinskey Vineyards & Wilding Farm on Wednesday, Sept. 30. More Eat & Drink News
The evening will pair wines from Robert Sinskey Vineyards with a five-course dinner at the downtown Nashville steakhouse. Dinner begins at 6 p.m., with tickets priced at $225 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
The menu begins with salmon crudo featuring compressed pear, yuzu kosho and shiso, paired with the 2019 Robert Sinskey Vineyards Abraxas.
The second course features wood-fired branzino with miso corn, maitake mushrooms and black garlic vinaigrette, paired with the 2018 Robert Sinskey Vineyards Pinot Noir.
Guests will then be served ricotta gnocchi with braised short rib, maitake mushrooms and Parmesan alongside the 2018 Robert Sinskey Vineyards POV.
The fourth course includes a 45-day dry-aged Prime New York strip paired with the 2015 Robert Sinskey Vineyards Marcien.
Dessert will feature caramel apple cheesecake paired with Robert Sinskey Vineyards Late.
The Robert Sinskey Wine Dinner will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. at Prime + Proper Nashville, located at 1000 Broadway, Suite 101.
