I'll be using my manly easy bake oven (smoque XL) for these bad boys lol. It's my first time smoking so let's start it off with some beef lol. Any advice for a first timer besides starting off with something more forgiving haha.

Suspiciously low prices? Is that screw worm beef?

You are doing that at the same time for your first smoke? My advice is put all but one in the freezer and focus one at a time. You’ll learn from each one.

You forgot the beer to drink while cooking

Below is a great site for learning what’s actually happening when you smoke beef – to give you context so you’ll know how to avoid pitfalls. If you take some time to study it carefully 1-2 days before starting, including all the narrative on the page before the recipe, you could actually feasibly nail the brisket and the beef ribs on the first try.
