They upped everything a few years ago, and just today they seem to be up even further. Super greens were 90 a few years, then 130, and now it's 180. Broccoli beef is also up from 150 to 180. Lots of other increases but those used to be my go-tos.
Think the portion sizes are just going up? Based on the order I received, it seems about the same to me. I honestly can't figure out how they're even making a scoop of broccoli, cabbage, and kale contain 180 calories unless they're just drenching it in oil.

I used to work there a while ago, during the time the calorie count went from 90 to 130. The only change in our store for that dish was that the serving size / portion increased. I don’t work there anymore, but there’s a chance that happened again
