Actress and director Eva Longoria launched her eight-part culinary docuseries, Eva Longoria: Searching for France, on BBC Two and BBC iPlayer on September 27, 2026, marking its official television premiere for United Kingdom audiences.

The docuseries originally premiered in the United States on April 12, 2026, on CNN and HBO Max. The franchise, which previously featured Stanley Tucci exploring Italy, has won three Primetime Emmy Awards and has already been renewed for a second season set to air in 2027.
In the opening episode, Longoria explores the culinary scene in Paris, dining with chef Alain Ducasse and sampling contemporary twists on traditional dishes. Sub-episodes focus on French pastries, regional wine production, and historical monastic farming techniques.
The UK television launch follows widespread attention on social media after the 51-year-old star posted a viral video on September 23, 2026, showing herself cleaning a swimming pool while wearing a sequined floor-length gown and heels.
The video featured the theme song from Desperate Housewives, paying homage to her former character Gabrielle Solis, whom Longoria played across eight seasons from 2004 to 2012.
