My daughter’s most requested lunch.
Lightly toasted croissant loaf, Duke’s mayo, diced and sliced bacon, butter lettuce and tomato seasoned with salt, ground garlic and dried parsley.
Perfect mix of sweet and salty, chewy, crunchy and fresh.

Currently at a total stand still in traffic fighting for my life because my kid woke me up at 2:30am starving and exhausted. I would probably give at least one of my buts to eat that and then take a fat nap.
