Stopped in Kurume for the night and went to Taiho Ramen. Had their old ramen bowl "昔ラーメン" and it was decent. The crunchy cubes of lard were a very nice touch

For me, those bubbles on the broth is off putting
Man I wish those crispy lard bits were a staple in more tonkotsu bowls. That bowl is at the top of chart for me
