    I mix furikake in the rice. Add dashi and green onions to the eggs. And some chopped spicy takuan for some sweetness and crunch.

    Oh heck yeah, Hawaiian steak on rice with an egg and wrapped in nori. Yum! 🤤

    I mean… the term “sushi” refers to the rice, not the fish. You can definitely have sushi without fish. Musubi still counts as sushi.

    SPAM can be hecka good and I feel like the spam stigma is slowly going away.

    Spam on sushi rice is 100% sushi. The term sushi is quite broad.
