We don’t buy focaccia anymore! Learn how to bake homemade FOCACCIA with liquid dough, no kneading, and no rolling.

This focaccia has a crispy golden crust, a soft airy inside, and big bubbles. It is topped with black olives, dried oregano, and coarse salt. The dough is very soft and wet. You need no mixer and no rolling pin, only a bowl, a spoon, and a little patience.

Watch the video to the end to see how the dough rises, how the dimples are made, and how the focaccia looks inside. The full process is shown in the video.
