Parisian-style brasserie Le Pois Penché is returning to MTLàTABLE with one of its most generous offerings yet: a four-course menu priced at $70, featuring a selection of dishes beloved by its regular guests.

The meal begins with French onion soup gratinée with Louis d’Or cheese, followed by Lac Brome duck confit with pepper sauce and Lyonnaise quenelles served with lobster bisque. Dessert brings a pistachio floating island, alongside other French classics and chef Josserand Valiquette’s own creations.

Through its participation in MTLàTABLE, Le Pois Penché is inviting diners to discover the care and craftsmanship that go into its cuisine and hospitality every day. The goal is to offer the kind of generous cooking that keeps guests coming back, paired with attentive, welcoming service that makes the restaurant feel like a familiar place.

The team continues to refine the experience year-round, focusing on improvements both big and small. Le Pois Penché will also take part in the MTLàTABLE brunch program.
