Looks okay from the outside front. It’s quite old between 5-10 years old. Also hasn’t been used in a few years.

I’d start with the price of a new one. Then knock off the retail price of every piece I would have to buy to make it useable. Then take off $50, because the prior owner took such terrible care of it.

What I’m saying is, I’d offer to hault it away if he gave me $50 for my trouble, and settled for $25.

Used without a warranty, 50% of retail max.

    Start with new cost.
Remove half since you won’t have warranty.
Remove cost to replace parts (whatever prices you can find, new or 2nd hand).
Remove whatever amount you like for the pain of having to do all the leg work.

    That’s your offer.

in all honesty if your bying it offer a hundred

  5. Aside from the cracked deflector it looks much worse than it probably is. Check the ceramic if it hasn’t got cracks in it, it’ll probably polish up quite nicely with a decent clean.

The mold would be my concern. I know you are not supposed to “ wash Kamados because ceramics absorb water, but in this case I would power wash that. Then let it dry for a week and then do a very slow burn ( do not do high heat and work way up to mid.
