  1. I really appreciate your explanation for the significance of “Marry Me” in a recipe title. This recipe looks yummy. I will be making this one real soon!

  2. Can't wait to make this when the weather turn cooler!
I love anything with white beans, and this looks delicious and pretty easy to make.

  3. Everything was great, it really was but you lost me when you dumped and washed the beans you literally washed away the flavor of the beans !!!! I've been a chef for well over 30 years and you're supposed to build flavor not wash it away….😔 Overall it looked absolutely delicious !!!👍 Personally I don't ever wash jar or canned beans I do understand draining them on occasion but washing them, IDK … THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR SHARING …😊😊👍👍

  4. Nope. I have an Italian recipe for white bean soup that is far better than this and requires neither flour nor dairy (one thing I thought I could avoid on this channel, cheese excepted). It uses two cans of beans and purees one of them for thickness. And is cooked with onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes and garlic, as well as a few appropriate seasonings of one's choice. I was interested in a Spanish variant but certainly not this one.

  5. 😂. Proposal to yourself.
Soup looks delicious and fairly easy to make. Thank you. Joseph.

  6. This soup sounds so delicious and because of the sun dried tomatoes also quite interesting. A perfect recipe for a cold and rainy day like today 🙂.

  7. Thank you … I needed a new simple soup recipe! ❤ This looks delish! Hope I can find raw white beans I can cook myself instead of canned.

  8. I was skeptical of the "Marry Me" part of the recipe title, but I have never made one of Albert's recipes and been disappointed so I made it for dinner last night. I doubled the recipe and doubled the seasonings that the recipe called for and I will say that it was delicious, delicious to the level of serious relationship but not "Marry Me" status. I made enough to have leftovers for lunch, and after letting it sit overnight and reheating it, the recipe definitely reached "Marry Me" Status. Oh, my flipping goodness, it is AMAZING!!! I definitely recommend making this a day ahead.
I served this with homemade whole wheat baguettes and a Pear Carpaccio topped with a Date, Blue Cheese, Pecan crumble with an Olive Oil and Balsamic Glaze.

  9. I just made this soup and it is outstanding — great flavour and texture, rich and satisfying. Only problem is that Iˋll likely have to make another pot later today, as we just canˋt stop taste testing it, and it will probably be finished before dinnertime

  10. This is an excellent recipie! I made this soup night before last and we really liked it. Thanks @SpainonaFork !

  11. As more and more people search for affordable meals, it's delicious, nutritious and SIMPLE recipes like this that will give real comfort. ❤

  12. Looks fantastic. I’m impressed by how you got the whole spoonful in so cleanly. I’d have dribbled it down my shirt.

  13. Sorry Spain, but milk (cow's) and cheese are NOT healthy, nor ethical. I guess you're too dumb to know what cow's must go through for humans who exploit them. No, it;snot food, it's violence.
