Tried Ichiran while traveling in Japan. Many food guides recommended it, so I gave it a go. Love the rich broth. I added extra toppings and tons of chili to my ramen 😁

Had Ichiran when I was in Tokyo 6 years ago and it’s still the best tasting tonkotsu I’ve ever had.

There’s one in Osaka that uses stewed beef instead of pork and is incredible
