LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – A popular Mediterranean fast-casual chain announced that it will bring its first two locations to Lexington in the near future, according to the Lexington Herald-Leader.
CAVA is known for its build-your-own grain bowls, salad and pita wraps.
The company has filed for permits in the Hamburg and Summit at Fritz Farm areas.
The Hamburg location will go into the former Joella’s Hot Chicken on Sir Barton Way with developers eyeing a spring 2027 grand opening.
The Summit location does not have an announced opening date.
