I’m not much of a ramen guy, but yeah I’ll bite on this one because it does look pretty good.

Idk I honestly prefer it when it’s an absolute mess. This looks too nice to eat.

This is almost too pretty to eat π But now Iβm curious, did it taste as good as it looks?

That looks like ham from the supermarket instead of real γγ£γΌγ·γ₯γΌ and what’s that sad amount of green onions? It looks like a ramen place for tourists to take pictures for Instagram. Let me guess, its also at least twice as expensive as any other ramen in the area?

I’ve never been to Jazzy Beats, but I’ve been to its sister shop, [Afro Beats in Shinjuku](https://maps.app.goo.gl/XGhikAA5bnfcLime9) (used to go to school right nearby there!) It’s an absolutely amazing place, highly recommend.

Hmm, putting the egg on top of the chashu saves some space and makes the presentation more clean. I must remember this. I always overcrowd my bowls.
