    Looks absolutely beautiful. 

    General Question: how come today’s NY style pizzas don’t have handles on them anymore? I remember as soon as the 90s they still has a big round end crust and it was crispy on the outside and light airy and chewy on the inside. Same as now just a substantial end piece where you hold the slice.

    How do you cook an 18” in a standard home oven? I have a 14” pizza steel and it takes up most of the rack. I don’t think I could get a bigger one in there.
