  1. Your culinary expertise was fantastic and brought immense value to 100 Cooks. However, it felt like a missed opportunity not to engage in more banter with Alex, since she is so well known for her fun personality. While your culinary background is a massive asset, a reality competition leaves plenty of room to unwind. Next time, I hope you can lean into that knowledge while still letting your guard down to have fun with the contestants and fellow judges.

  2. For those watching and thinking “Wow he’s doing everything from scratch! I am so lazy” that’s his work, he has the time. You have work, the kids and the time to make a dessert is very limited. Never judge doubt yourself 🫶🏻

  3. Actually if you want the original way, there should not even be meringue added to the cream. The original tiramisu from Treviso is dense and custardy. Adding egg white meringue or whipped cream makes it lighter.

  4. I'll give up the world for just some could you some chocolate and Tim chocolate dessert just give me some

  5. Thank you Nick! 😊
I will watch this 100x or whatever it takes to make a perfect tiramisu. I’ve been trying for a few years now, and because of this video, I have realized that even if you buy the best mascarpone and lady fingers pre made- it’s nothing like making from scratch. And Marsala instead of coffee liqueur? Interesting!

  6. My 10 Y.O. son loves your cooking. He loves to cook with me and He is like:" Nick says you can use this ………. Check Nick's recipe you might like it" "lets buy OSMO seasoning, Nick says its the best". My family love Tiramisu, but I did know that you can do mascarpone yourself. Definitely will try you recipe. Thank you for sharing.

  7. yo Nick, dont be afraid to make your vids longer. My favorite ones of yours are the 10-15 min ones where you really slow down and enjoy the process. trying to cram all that instruction into just 5 min makes it feel kinda rushed

  8. The recipe is perfect, but I'm going to need a helmet before I try that meringue upside-down trick at home. 😂 Masterpiece as always!
