Chef and French baker, Johann Tremor and his wife Siliza Tremor, are growing their empire in Chattanooga. The two opened their French bakery in February 2026. Oui Oui Boulangerie offers authentic French bread, pastries and more, but now they’re expanding on the French cuisine.
