The fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant opened in Greenfield on Oct. 28 at 8833 W. Sura Lane in the 84 South development, according to its website. It replaces Mod Pizza, which occupied the tenant space before closing in 2025.

CAVA specializes in customizable bowls, salads and pita dishes inspired by Mediterranean flavors, as well as house-made dips, spreads and juices. It will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, and have two to five full-time employees and 10 to 12 part-time employees.
