Emma is a modern, cool pizza bar where lunch can very easily turn into after-work drinks. Behind the concept are Nenad Jovanović, a former DJ who swapped music for pizza during the pandemic, and architect Tea Latinović, responsible for the distinctive interior. At the heart of the menu is Pizza Contemporanea, an interesting combination of Neapolitan and Roman styles, made with long-fermented dough using organically milled flour. Alongside the pizzas, there’s fresh pasta, risotto and cocktails, making Emma just as good an option for a relaxed lunch as for extending the afternoon over drinks.
