I found a version of some of Middleton’s meals online[meal](https://www.marieclaire.com.au/kate-middleton-diet-exercise) but I would be grateful if someone could help me plan a whole days worth of meal with macros but a vegetarian version of her meal plan for the day? I loved her meal is generally plant based!
(PS. I’m quite short and I’m on a weighloss/ health/fitness journey. My estimated CICO is around 1200-1300 cals and I usually try to do a low carb high protein veggie diet)
