This preppy staple is given an upgrade with a splash of triple sec and a great big curl of orange peel. It’s the color of a summer sunset. (The New York Times)

Ingredients

• 2 ounces vodka
• 2 ounces cranberry juice
• 2 ounces orange juice
• Splash of triple sec
• Splash of club soda
• Orange peel

Preparation

1. Add vodka, juices and triple sec to an ice-filled highball glass.
2. Stir gently and add a splash of club soda.
3. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
