Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin, preferably Oxley
  • 1 bottle Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic
  • 3 coriander seeds
  • Grapefruit peel
  • 1 bruised mint sprig

    1 drink

    Preparation

    1. In a rocks glass, add a large ice cube, gin and tonic. Garnish with coriander seeds, mint and grapefruit peel.
