Preparation
- Place potatoes in center of 18-by-22-inch rectangle of heavyduty aluminum foil.
- Add onion and green pepper. Season with salt, pepper and caraway. Dot with butter. Seal securely.
- Place foil package, seam side down on baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for about 40 minutes. Turn package once after 20 minutes.
