Preparation

  1. Place potatoes in center of 18-by-22-inch rectangle of heavyduty aluminum foil.
  2. Add onion and green pepper. Season with salt, pepper and caraway. Dot with butter. Seal securely.
  3. Place foil package, seam side down on baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for about 40 minutes. Turn package once after 20 minutes.
