I’ve got a natural gas line on my patio but the grill that the previous owners left is tiny and rusted out to boot. I tend to grill basic things, veggies, steaks, spatchcocked chickens, etc and I’ve never had a griddle as an option outdoors. So I guess I have a few questions:

\#1 is it worth it to have a griddle as a cooking tool outdoors?

\#2 if so, I found two options that looked to be within my price range (although the Primate is a bit over) are there pros/cons to either?

\#3 Are there better/cheaper options than either of these two that I haven’t found yet? I’ve heard that some money can be saved buying a propane and converting to natural gas, but it’s not something I’ve done.

Thanks folks!
