Is this good for breaking a fast?
2 slices of bacon
2 boiled eggs
4 oz cabbage
One apple (son ate half)
2 corn tortillas
All for 373 calories.

I can have a protein shake also if that would be good to up protein? (Obviously it will help but would you suggest it?)
