    Although this recipe seems difficult, it’s actually very easy, with some passive cooking time! I used Korean Bapsang’s recipe, with some adjustments: [https://www.koreanbapsang.com/galbijjim-korean-braised-beef-short/](https://www.koreanbapsang.com/galbijjim-korean-braised-beef-short/)

    Instead of a pear, I used a Fuji apple since that’s what I had, and I didn’t have any shiitake mushrooms so left that out. 🙁
