Excuse my ignorance – I’m a quappo just discovering my Korean heritage and am going through all the foods!

I bought this to make kimchi (and man, homemade kimchi is SO MUCH BETTER than store bought!). I did make an absolute insane amount of kimchi, and kind of forgot this container in the fridge. It’s showing it expired in Feb 2022, but it’s fermented and has been refrigerated… should I toss it?
