What’s the name again for the kimchi you make with the radishes that aren’t huge but aren’t tiny either?

   Altari aka chonggak (bachelor) kimchi. I call it boner kimchi. They say the bachelor name comes from how unmarried men used to wear their hair, but we all know the truth.

   Edit: I think I’m wrong on this one. Not sure.
