    This is really easy to cook! It just requires many hours and monitoring.

    **Ingredients:**
    – Oxtail bones
    – Scallions
    – Beef
    – Rice and/or thin noodles
    – Salt and pepper
    – Kimchi (for necessary elevated flavor)

    **Steps:**
    – Clean ox bones thoroughly.
    – Boil in a large pot with plenty of water. We like to boil for 10+ hours for extra flavor and milkiness.
    – When preparing to eat, slice some beef and cook in broth. Transfer to bowl.
    – Add in rice and/or thin noodles (thick noodles would make it too heavy).
    – Top with scallion and add salt and pepper for taste.
    – Add kimchi and/or kimchi sauce for wow factor.
    – Broth can be frozen! Enjoy!
