Freeze Dried Scrambled Eggs!

https://affiliates.harvestright.com/1137.html

One of our favorite things to freeze dry and our harvest right freeze dryer or eggs. They reconstitute brilliantly and taste like fresh scrambled eggs. You can also use these baking and the ratio is 2 1/2 tablespoons of egg powder to 2 1/2 tablespoons of water is one egg. We cannot be more pleased with the cost savings we are experiencing with our freeze dried eggs And it only looks to be increasing in our cost savings. This does not take into account all the other foods. We have freeze dried out a year to a year and a half ago food prices. Be sure to check out our affiliate link above, if you’re interested in a harvest right freeze dryer. Thank you so very much for watching us.

  1. Good Saturday morning! Perfect timing. I’m fixin to head out to the greenhouse ❤

  2. I'm not part of the challenge but today I'll be dry canning several items today about 12 half gal and 12 qts won't be enuf but it will make a good dent in my last min purchases a few months ago

  3. I just freeze dried 4 trays of eggs myself, Jill! I haven’t officially joined the challenge, but I should. Canned up 15 pints of ham last week when I found it super cheap at Aldi and I pickled Brussels sprouts as well. My husband loves them! We got a fence put up around my garden-my husband installed it and he did an excellent job! So spring garden planning is under way. My table is covered with seed packets! 2023 is off to a great start! Have a great weekend Jill!

  4. Thinking of investing in a freeze dryer, but today I've got 10 pints of corned beef in my canner for my pantry.

  5. HAPPY DANCE… I am so excited about getting a freeze dryer! 😁😁I'm looking forward to seeing you use the products as well..Whoo-hoo..Let the party begin. 😀😀

  6. Good morning glory! Don't have a freeze dryer. But I am freezing eggs and have some augason farms eggs. Thank you for all your hard work

  7. Just finished freeze drying 8 dozen eggs. Got them at a good price, about $3.50 a dozen (compared to $4.59 and higher here in Ohio). It was enough to fill 2 half gallon mason jars and almost a 3rd one. All vacuum sealed with oxygen depletion packets. Going to do another 8 dozen this upcoming week. Thanks for the timely video. Took 2 batches in my Harvest Right medium dryer. A dozen per tray. And under 18 hours per batch.

  8. Deborah, if you can swing it, do it. Got ours in April. So far, we have done 180 bags and probably 25 gallon jars (quarts and half gallons) of everything from mushrooms to apples. Try freeze drying bananas. They are great… but don't last too long because they get eaten.

  9. I freeze dried 126 dozen last year… I was lucky to see the writing on the wall.

  10. We raise our own chickens. I freeze dried 108 eggs this month for the 365 challenge. We use 5 eggs for each breakfast, so that's 21 more meals for my husband and I!

  11. Freeze dried eggs are why I started taking my eggs sunny side up way back in the Marine Corps, can't substitute freeze dried for the real thing when it's sunny side up. But in a pinch, these things will keep you alive I guess.

  12. Glad to see you up and at it again, gal! This is the work weekend I told you about. Tomorrow is the last day. Chickens are still laying AND still organizing. 😂
