So you did the sugar salt cure then smoked it or? I got a couple of shoulders and baos bbq sauce from Costco trying to conjur an Asian themed smoked pulled pork

Salt, sugar and chili flakes. Marinate over night at room temp. 450 for 15 minutes in the oven. I know!! Then 225 for five hours. Be sure to baste every hour really well. Hence the glistening deliciousness.
