Lunch for 2 clockwise from top : Beaufort d’été from 2022, a bleu de bonneval, some sérac, slices of tome de vache and some local coppa. All raw cow’s milk cheese made locally, all purchased from the local dairy cooperative in the valley.

(currently sick with covid so i havent been able to taste *anything* for over a week, and this pic just gave me a cheesegasm😋)
