I know a lot of people don’t love it, but I’m a fan. Is the best pasta ever? No. But I definitely enjoy their pastas especially when you add the burrata.

They just opened one near me on the upper east, right in the middle of all the classic old school Italian places up here. Elios, Uva, Lusardis, Vicolina, Felice, Sistina, just to name a few. Pecora is still packed just because people want to go to that type of restaurant.

I feel like there is a lot that is mediocre in this price point, LPB actually does a good job delivering good food, fairly priced, staffed with people who seem to care. Clean friendly and tasty. I never got the impression it was trying to be a fancy Italian restaurant.
