Sea and Olive seemed like a dud. Was always struck by the contrast between their empty patio and dining room and The Perch, packed next door.
I wonder how much this will vary from that concept. Walked by yesterday and they were taking influencer style photos in the space.

The interior certainly looks nice. Never seen a real exciting Mediterranean menu in awhile though.

Is it the same owners as the last three places? Because they keep closing and reopening as new concepts and they all suck

Is there some kind of unwritten rulebook for Mediterranean restaurants in the city that requires the names to be only 3 or 4 letters with bonus points being awarded to restaurants that start with an “E”?

The list? “Great and trendy restaurants with Mediterranean or adjacent cuisine with similar sounding 1 syllable names”
