Interesting…gelatin style? Color Reminds me of the nettle pesto I just made and cubed and froze. Your vinaigrette looks like the painting styles using flotrall. Super cool looking. Color is nice on that plate. Have fun!

Serve this on an ice chunk and start printing money. I would order that all day.

Dammit SpeakEasyChef! That looks great. I love the color combined with the throwback dish.

Sorry but just too color and texture monotone for me. Just not appealing. 🤷‍♂️

Amazing ! Have you tried playing on a white plate ?
Maybe Blue and green fight too much for attention

  8. For a moment I was trying to figure out why there is jellyfish on a plate. Then I read the title.

This really is quite a throwback, though the flavors definitely are solidly put together, I can’t help but wonder if the panna cotta texture would throw it all off?

The solidly green-greenish/almost white contrast also makes it almost monochromatic, though not in a decidedly good way. The only real criticism is that there is no way to visibly see the crab salad, which ought to be part of the highlight of the dish.
