I would personally remove the green onion from the top of the salmon and choose a smaller plate, possibly darker to make the sauce pop more? I also would change how you display the sauce. My first thought when I saw the sauce in that shape and color is that it’s somewhat reminiscent of sperm. The salmon itself looks super tasty.

Salmon looks bang on, the sauce ain’t helping, try not to focus on dated plating and think simple, try not to draw focus away from your main component.

The food looks amazing. I’m thinking a smaller plate in the grey spectrum.

Fine cut the scallions in ice water. Do a single push on the bottom or just a nice circle. Maybe a touch of chile flake in your spinach and bulk it up a bit. A little honey glaze around the plate could give it some movement. I bet it was delicious though.

I’d pull the stems from the spinach for a cleaner presentation. I’d also consider garnishing the sauce with some super thinly sliced chives or dill since it’s pure white, or use a plate of a different color.

The swoosh!! Lol. And twice on a basically matching plate.

Looks delicious when you present it like that. Still not a fan of fish tho

I would, instead, put a reasonable portion of Salmon on the plate. This isn’t a Sushi selection. But that’s just me.
