This is my third time baking sourdough and baking in general other than pizza.

As most of you know we had a pretty bad air quality on the east coast of the US because of the smoke from Canada, and what do people do when they can’t leave their house? They bake, so long story short I was prepping my dough and our neighbor showed up with a loaf of white bread 🍞 so obviously I have to return the favor and send her one of my 2 loafs before cutting it.

I kind of want to ask her to send me a picture of the crumb, but my wife said that is weird.

Help me out here people, is it weird?

I mean come on I am dieing to see how the crumb came out!!! Who’s with me?

Not at all. Just tell them you’re curious how the inside looks when they cut it open.

Oh, I’ve definitely done that. Especially early on.
