Where’s the rest of the fucking steak

With the small amount of steak, the greens and the foam look silly. Like, with more of the steak that placement would be artful, but there isn’t enough contrast so it’s messy.

The raw fronds look superfluous. No one eats them or they get in your teeth. Should go. If you need that flavor a green infused oil would look nice against the foam.

That is not foam,( foam is mousse)the term would be Air but you didn’t incorporated enough of it or not enough lecithin.
Steak should be the main piece of the canvas, needs less time cooking overall, go easy on the sear, it looks dry and unseasoned.
Use a flat white plate and a meat reduced sauce to be cohesive( meat is always best served with its substance.
