Never heard of a mac n cheese parmo (I’ve never even tried a regular parmo even though I’m only 40 miles from Middlesbrough).
I might try recreating that at home looks so good.

I’d absolutely eat that, although there’s something amusing about chicken wrapped in carbs, served with carbs on top, with carbs on the side, and a glass of beer.
