Chef in training here, I’d use a slightly larger plate if available. And for your last one… the fresh strawberry looks a little too fresh and large, you could remove some of the white. Perhaps slice it up at an angle, fan it out or even caramelized it carefully and shortly. You could also just let it sit in some sirup & mint.
